Chairman - Henry Badenhorst
Henry Badenhorst is one of the founding members of QSoft Consulting Ltd and played a pivotal role in the development of the business from start-up to medium size enterprise. During 1997 he relocated to the United Kingdom from South Africa and has been involved in Corporate Business for most of his working career. He specialised in the field of Management and Finance within the Shipping Industry. He worked on various projects such as establishing an export infrastructure within Botswana. He understands the Corporate Business structure, culture and has been involved in various social uplift programs. He holds various qualifications in Business Management and studied at the Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.

Chief Executive Officer - Trevor Martin
Trevor Martin has served on the board since March 2004. Trevor’s career has included directorships and ownership of several organizations responsible for the marketing and brand development of various leading Global fashion brands such as Dior, Polo, Ungaro and Gant. Trevor was born in South Africa where he studied for a marketing diploma at Damelin Business School in Johannesburg. Trevor was one of the youngest entrepreneurs to be recognized for his business achievements in the Who’s Who of Southern Africa, a highly regarded publication. He immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1999.

Chief Finance & HR Officer - Anna Venditti
Anna Venditti has been with the company since May 2002 and has over 15 years experience in Finance and Human Resources. Prior to working at QSoft she has worked in cosmetics, electronics, manufacturing, freight forwarding, insurance and spent 8 years in Rome working for the hospitality industry. Anna was born and grew up in the UK but enjoys travelling frequently to Italy.

Chief Information Officer - Louis Bradshaw
Louis started with Qsoft in 2011. After gaining a degree in Computing from Manchester University (UK), he pursued roles covering all aspects of IT including strategy, architecture, project management and development. He has managed large scale international projects, global deployments and worked with many types of bought in IT services. Louis has worked in healthcare, scientific research, films and consultancy within the NHS, Cancer Research UK, GSK and CapGemini.

Chief Marketing Officer - Kevin Smith
Kevin started with QSoft in August 2012. Kevin manages all aspects of the business’ marketing communications. He has previously worked with established brands such as Westfield, Regatta and Selfridges, and has vast experience in leading strategic ideas into effective commercial executions. Notable achievements include the launch of Westfield’s ‘Where Wishes Come True’ advertising campaign, and the creation of the world’s first 5D animated Christmas Grotto as part of an experiential exercise to engage customers during the Christmas period.

Chief Technology Officer - Andrew Withey
Andrew Withey joined QSoft in October 2003. Andrew has grown the Gaydar infrastructure from 1,000 to over 65,000 simultaneous sessions, with people connecting from all over the world in a 24/7 operation. Andrew has over 25 years experience running large and complex computer systems in banking, insurance, law, retail, transport and now online communities. Andrew was born in Australia and moved to the United Kingdom in 1988 and is now a UK citizen.
